Frame made of tempered or hard-tempered/stratified glass mullion, subjected to the HST test; its section is suitable for having the required mechanical resistance, always after accurate evaluation.

Frame made by stainless steel cables or stainless steel round rods.
The bearing frame of the facade is equipped with cables or rods and stay rods. Cables are fixed to the ceiling and to the floor by proper stay rods, so to have the right cable tension like being unique.
In each wheelbase, cables pass inside a turnbuckle that gives it the right tension and resistance at wind pressure. Spiders are fixed on the turnbuckle itself by proper bolts.
All materials are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.

On the frame, as previously described, are fixed the suitable spiders with different arms (1, 2, 3, or 4) according to the position and structural need; they are made of AISI 316 stainless steel by lost-wax casting method, polished or satin finish to be chosen by the Work Management from Faraone's catalogue.
Spiders are fixed to the frame by suitable fittings allowing in deepth adjustments, in order to compensate any possible dimensional difference and to assure the perfect coplanarity of different glazing panels. Such fittings are composed of a base, welded or fixed on
the frame, and of an adjustable internal ring nut, the spider is fixed on by a stainless steel bolt. Spiders comes in different size, as Faraone's catalogue refers, to choose according to the use and glass size
